The pathway

This path represents the main junction between Montimannu and Marganai.
It starts from a secondary - track that fords the Rio Leni (a few meters from the convergence point of the Rio Cannisoni and Rio Oridda - that converge going to form a single stream that will feed, downstream, the homonymous basin created artificially by the dam).

Useful informations

It is a very beautiful, varied and panoramic trail, it develops along an old forest track, as well as an ancient road connecting and transhumance between Gonnosfanadiga-Villcidro and Domusnovas, crossroads between Linas and Marganai. It is closed to vehicular traffic, with the exception of Forestas and forest police vehicles.

Bel sentiero, offre numerosi cambi di prospettiva! Non è una semplice pista. Vale davvero la pena percorrerlo, anche chiudendo un anello che porti a piscina Irgas per poi ridiscendere sul rio Cannisoni e tornare alla pista principale di Magusu
