The pathway

Trail 701 is on a dirt road and cycle track and can be travelled on foot, by bicycle and on horseback.

Two links or ‘connecting paths’ depart from this trail: 701-A (which connects trail 701 with trails 700 and 702) and 701-B (which connects trail 701 with trails 700A and 704).

Travel times and elevation profile do NOT change significantly in either direction. The route is entirely flat, with negligible gradients.

Roadbook

The trail starts from the car park in Viale La Palma, passing immediately over the carriageway bridge on the left, then crossing the park area with leisure equipment and coming to the salt pans at Perda Bianca.
