Badu Idha - Frida (G 604)

The trail begins in the locality of Mazza d'Arvore where it branches off from the G 602 trail, bending to the right and running alongside a watercourse. The peculiarity of this route lies in following the watercourse which during spring is completely covered with the flowering of aquatic buttercups; along the trail  comes across the springs of Ciurpa and Ladozza  and the nuraghe Olostru.

In the Bia and Fustes area the path bends onto a dirt track for about 1 km after which, turning left, after 800 m it reaches the locality of Frida  where it meets the G 603 trail  which leads to Iscuvudè -Illorai or, in the opposite direction,  the G 602 trail  in the Basile area. From here it  proceeds in the direction of Monte Pisanu (therefore forming a ring) or Mariani.
