The trail starts in Pizzu' e Taccu. Proceeding uphill, you come to the first great natural monument located in Osini: the Scala di San Giorgio. A short uphill passageway of just a few metres takes you to a spectacular vintage point with views over the east face. From here you have an unlimited view over the vast landscape of the Rio Pardu valley.
Moving northward from here in a counterclockwise direction, the trail winds its way for one kilometre until it reaches Punta Su Scrau (1032 mt) with its lookout point.
From this fascinating high point, again along a dirt road, follow the downhill route that leads to a crossroads: keeping the right, just 10 m away, pay attention to the signpost of the trail,
indicating two more extraordinary viewpoints a little further on: Perdu Cuccu and Is Arenas.
After Nuraghe Serbissi, proceed along the path in a southerly direction, until you come to the magnificent cave of Su Lioni, which you can also visit, from which it is possible to gaze out and admire the Gairo valley Taquisara, characteristic for its train station.
From here, still along dirt track, you reach a second nuragic tower, Nuraghe Urceni.
Now the trail takes you downhill towards the plateau and leads directly to a beautiful spring, Funtana Urceni. Press on to reach the former summer camp at Taccu, now a picnic stop.
The trail continues to the Taccu colony, a rest point with various facilities. The road, now asphalted, leads to two more noteworthy nuraghe: first Nuraghe Sanu and then Nuraghe Oruttu.
The itinerary ends at the arrival point of the rock staircase Scala di San Giorgio

Il percorso era molto bello, ora che Forestas l'ha sistemato, dell'anello originario è rimasto solo il braccio ovest. Ma si può comunque percorrere tutto o chiudere ad anello usando il vecchio pezzo
