Roadbook
The trail begins at Sa Spindula (210 m a.s.l.) from where it runs along the fence of a sheepfold, along the riverbed.
The trail arrives in a narrow gully (uphill) consisting of the bed of the Rio Sa Spindula that flows into a valley; then continues until it reaches a very impressive viewpoint close to the waterfall; when approaching it, it will be well perceptible the sound of water, except in late spring and summer.
The trail continues towards (and inside) a characteristic valley until it reaches a small mine where it is be possible to stop before resuming the climb.
The trail continues uphill along the river, sometimes on rocks (if wet it is recommended to approach them with caution, as extremely slippery) to proceed along a well marked trail that goes into a thick coppice.
The trail reaches then Paddera (610 m asl) and - continuing straight ahead - Is Frocciddus spring, where there is a junction that leads to the other paths of the Trail Net (204, 203, 220A); from the D 204 trail, in particular, it is possible to reach the WWF visitor center of Sa Canna (walking time: at least 2h20') or the old guesthouse, now in disuse, of Case Perdu Melis (walking time: at least 1h:25')
