As the name suggests, Sa Perda (or Rutta) Stampada is a rock with a large hole, which frames the panorama of the Marina di Gairo and Cardedu coast, at about 200 meters above sea level: from here you can admire the fantastic scenery of the Capo Sferracavallo coast and the nearby Coccorrocci beach. We are at the base of Punta Cartucceddu, near the famous Piscinas de Coccorrocci, a series of small pools carved by the erosion process of the stream in the red porphyry 1 where it is pleasant to cool off in summer. It can be reached along paths 101, 102, 103.
