Arcu Sa Nebada - Genn’e Carru (D-331A)
The pathway
Roadbook
Leave Trail 331 heading north on a steep upward slope, aiming for the Genn’e Carru arch, which you can reach by aiming at a breathtaking view in the gaps between the holm oaks. On the left stands the imposing rock formation of Sa Punta Manna de Pubusinu.
From this pass, you will find a mule track once used by charcoal burners and miners that snakes through the forest, gradually dropping down, in some places ruined by floods and wild boars. As you approach the bottom of the valley, the track improves, becoming practically a forest track that quickly leads to the large dirt road that climbs from the Pubusinu springs, where you will arrive at the Genn’e Carru locality.
