Romana - Torralba (E 201)

After about 600 meters the trail enters the Provincial Road n. 50 in direction of Thiesi and conduces to Su Padru's forestry construction site, and through a cork grove  at Fo.re.s..t.a.s.' Service Center where there is an equipped parking area with a charging station for electric bikes.

After leaving the Su Padru's construction site, the trail returns to the provincial road for a short stretch, and then takes the municipal road that runs along the north shore of Lake Bidighinzu. After about 2 km the path turns north to reach the municipality of Banari. Before entering the village, the path veers to the right entering the woods of Mount Sa Silva,which overlooks the village, climbing up a forest track in good condition through a dense pine forest.

Upon exiting the pine forest the trail heads east, passing the plateau and skirting the woods on the left. Then enters a canal which, in the final stretch before the municipality of Bessude, runs through a shady valley due to the presence of large broad-leaved trees.

 After crossing the town of Bessude, the path climbs towards Mount Pelao, on a cobbled track in good condition; after a flat stretch of about 3 km at the top, it descends on the opposite side to reach the municipality of Borutta, from which it is easy to reach the romanesque basilica of San Pietro di Sorres. Following the path it's easy to access to the SCI site of Sa Grotta Ulari which is home to a population of particularly interesting bats.

The path continues for about 4 km through dirt country roads to reach the town of Torralba, where we can visit theNuraghi Valley Museum.

After the museum, the trail continues for another km or so, towards the SS 131, where the G 501 trail begins and leads to Bonorva.
