The trail begins at the Sant’ Antonio locality, about 500 m from the entrance to Provincial road 13.
Set off along a slightly uphill forest track until you reach the Sa Mandara locality at an elevation of 800 m asl. Then continue downhill to the Muvroni locality, at the intersection with Trail C-510 (which would take you to the territory of Ulassai as far as Sa Canna).
From the Muvroni locality, continue downhill along the Taccurrulu local road until you reach the boundary of the Bingionniga forest area, a little to the south of the Nuraghe Gessitu. From here, take a slightly sloping path to the Scala e s’Abba locality (675 m asl).
Continue along a forest track and a short section of path through holm oak woods and Mediterranean scrub, in a fairytale landscape of pinnacles and limestone towers of fantastic shapes. You will reach the Scala Alistu locality (junction with Trail C 202).
The route continues on an almost level forest track, skirting the spring of Funtana e s’Oppu to reach the administrative boundary between Jerzu and Tertenia at the edge of the Bingionniga forest area, in the Grutta ’e Porcu locality. From here you will reach the Funtana e Giuncus locality (532 m asl), where the route is intersected by another trail (C-203, leading to the Santa Sofia locality).
You will now reach Punta Casteddu. Next, follow a steep slope for about 2 km, along a path that runs parallel to the course of the Rio Terras Malas stream to the Bau Arena locality (about 380 m asl) the site of the abandoned mines known as Miniere de Talentinu.
From the Talentinu locality (415 m asl), following the forest track uphill for about 2.7 km, you will reach the Is Seddas locality (about 665 m asl), on the border between the countryside of Ulassai and Tertenia. Continue along a dirt road in the Cea Aricis locality, crossing pastureland and Mediterranean maquis near the Ulassai wind farm. The road in the last section is asphalted. The route ends at the junction with Provincial road SP 13. On the other side of the road, Trail C-500 begins (towards Santa Barbara of Perdas de Fogu). If you wish to take it, please be very careful when crossing the Provincial road.
