How to get here
The walk begins from the town center of Aritzo. Take Via Garibaldi, easily reachable in the lower part of the town, then turn left once you reach the panoramic small square of Sant’Antonio. From here, the rocky 'taccu' of Texile is clearly visible on the other side of the valley, the destination of the excursion.
Continue downhill along a narrow lane, leaving the last houses behind, immediately entering terraced gardens, dense hazelnut groves, or tall walnut trees, splendid in autumn for their intense foliage.
