In the vicinity of the route, in Bao Onu, there is also a beautiful waterfall. Further on there are the remains of the church of Santa Sofia, dating back to the Byzantine era. In Gurduxionis, near the fire watchtower and at the Church of Santa Sofia, the view opens out over the historical regions bordering Sarcidano.
The area covered by the trail is well frequented by tourists because of its historic connections with the production of charcoal and lime, activities both abandoned more than 30 years ago. The route is easy to reach both at the starting point, coming from Laconi, and along the route thanks to connections with the provincial road and several municipal roads. Along the trail there are some natural clearings in the holm oak woods, which offer excellent observation points for spotting the local wildlife. Near the springs, cuiles and lime kilns there are equipped rest areas.
Finally, when you reach Su Cacaeddu, you can pick up the trail Sa Bia de is Caminantis (T-262). Every year the regional horse fair takes place at Su Dominariu and the municipal racecourse.
