Lodine, Puddis. GAL BMG itinerary arrival point

"Having reached the Puddis park, take the road and ascend slightly, flanked by a downy oak forest. The profile of a large antenna, used as a television repeater, stands out in the area. The road continues southwest and then turns sharply right towards the antennas. Here, on the left, a narrow path descends slightly, aiming for a vast clearing overlooked by some beautifully weathered granite rocks. Carefully climb up the rocks, discovering a panorama of extraordinary vastness. At the foot of the peak, the Gusana valley opens up, with its mountain lake surrounded by woods playing the main role. In the background, the Gennargentu and Supramonte mountains crown a maze of wooded valleys, undulating or broken ridges of granite peaks, distant villages, or deep gorges with their mountainous silhouettes. Near the rocky area, the houses of Gavoi and the peaks of San Basilio conclude this extraordinary view over this corner of Sardinia.
