Along the evocative granite valley of Coxinas, after crossing the artificial reservoir on the river of the same name, you ford the stream, entering the heart of the valley at Campu de Coxinas, and you can ascend to Genn'e Prunai (725 meters above sea level) and from there to the rocky summit of Monte Margiani (859 meters), which in Dessì's famous novel, Paese d'Ombre (Country of Shadows), is called Monte Volpe (Mount Fox).
