The trail passes through the village of Sedilo in the direction of the ford of Pedra Lada (river Tirso). A Sedilo you can visit the Local Museum, divided into two sections: one part dedicated to the natural environment of the Mediterranean, and another to archaeology.
You can also visit the Ardia Museum, dedicated to one of the most famous and best-loved festivals in Sardinia. The museum houses ancient images and some documentaries on the festival. This truly ancient horse race, held on 6th and 7th July each year, commemorates the ancient Battle of the Milvian Bridge. The route leads to the church of San Giacomo, near trail 611A at Fontana Putzola, where there is a natural spring.
From there, you can then proceed to the Shrine of San Costantino. Next to the Shrine, in the area known as Su Frontigheddu, is the start of trail 611B, which leads to Su Pranu. Along the route you can also head towards Lake Omodeo, where you can visit the nuraghe Busurtei (611C).
