The pathway

The trail can be accessed via a paved municipal road which starts from Desulo and which, at Arcu 'e Guddetorgiu, intersects the consortium road Cossatzu-Tascusì. The trail is part of the vast route called “Gennargentu Circuit".

The trail is truly enchanting as it crosses the forest of Girgini and passes near the heel formations of "Su Toni ‘e Girgini" and "Genna Eragas", the only limestone formations in the heart of the Gennargentu.
Along the way you’ll pass through areas of pastoral activity and at "Sa sedda 'e s'ena"near the intersection with trail 722, there is an equipped rest area.
